How do I get in touch with you?

I want to select a different color.

Head to My Page. Check your delivery date before selecting your desired color to assure that you’ll receive the color you want before your next delivery. If you choose a new color for a product you've already received, there will be an additional charge of Kr. 99 for packaging and postage.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can unsubscribe from us before each shipment is made. There is no mandatory commitment time for your subscription. You can terminate or restart your subscription as it suits you. If your deliveries are too frequent, we recommend postponing your subscription or making changes via My Page instead of terminating.

Do your products contain harmful ingredients?

All of our products are certified cruelty-free. Natural extracts are the healthiest and safest ingredients which is why all of our products are also 100% paraben-free. A detailed list of ingredients can always be found under each product.

Help, my shipments are arriving too soon.

You may adjust delivery interval times to better suit your needs. Please note that by default, the very first subscription shipment will come from us after fourteen days and then it will arrive every other month. If you think it will be too quick, please contact us and we will customize the shipping frequency to suit your needs.

Are your products tested on animals?

We proudly stand against any and all forms of animal violence and testing. All of our products are manufactured in South Korea where animal testing is strictly prohibited–the way it should be.

Can I skip or reschedule a delivery?

No problem, head to My Page and you can modify your delivery options including postponing, rescheduling or skipping a future shipment. In the case of an extended skip shipment request, please contact us for further assistance.
